The dog is poisoned and goes to heaven
but he's given his wish to be sent back
as a human named Rex (Dick Powell)
so that he can catch his killer and
clear the name of his master's secretary.

About halfway through the film,
Rex frees the dogs in a dogcatcher's wagon.
A Fawn Great Dane is among
the dogs freed.

the story follows intrigue in King Richard's court.

This British animated feature is based upon
George Orwell's political satire of
the Russian Revolution.
It tells of a group of farm animals
who revolt against the human farmers.
The animals set up their own farm,
but when the pigs take the position of leadership,
the animals are not sure they are better off.

A pack of loyal dogs which resemble
Black & Blue Great Danes (as adults)
are under the rule of the tyrant hog, Napeoleon.

Arguably the best of the Dean Martin
& Jerry Lewis film comedies, as well as their last.

Using a fake raffle ticket, Steve (Martin)
stakes a claim to Malcolm's (Lewis) prize
- a new car.
To keep from exposing the scam,
Steve agrees to drive to Hollywood so Malcolm can meet his dream star, Anita Ekberg.

Malcolm brings along his Fawn Great Dane.
While on the trip, Mr. Bascomb sings,
drives the car and more.

This may be the best movie ever for Dane lovers.

A portion of the trailer for this film
can be seen in the movie, Grease,
during the drive in scene.

This Italian feature, produced in 1956,
was released in the U.S. in 1961 as
BIG JEETER by Citation Films and as
BIG DOG LOST in Canada.

a starring vehicle for Marilyn Monroe.
In this series, Barbara Eden
played the Marilyn character, Loco Jones.
