Two canine countries go to war when a princess from one country is kidnapped by a prince of another.
In reality, the duo are in love.
Prince Heimrich, in charge of one of the countries air forces, resembles a Dane.


Note: Some animation books
mistakenly list this as a war between dogs and cats,
but both parties are canine.
The assistant to one of the canines is a feline.

(according to the dog house the Dane lives in)
and the Dane ends up chasing the human Wilby back home.

Scrappy is the fearless nephew of Scooby who bore little resemblance to the rest of the Doo family or Danes in general.
Voiced by Don Messick, his cry of "Puppy Power"
was the bane of most Scooby villains.

He continued on as a regular sidekick in other Scooby series and movies including The 13 Ghost of Scooby Doo and
The Nutcracker Scoob.
